How it works

Download the Remote Help tool below
Run it (no installation required)
When you open please click "Request Help"
After Clicking Request help you will be prompted to "Enter Help Request Details"
Please List Phone Number and issue in this so a support agent may contact you before connecting, unless you have already reached out and are on the phone as of this moment, Once done click "OK"
Close the tool when finished to end the session
