Helper Access
This portal is intended for approved support helpers only. Helper accounts are restricted and monitored.
Becoming a Support Helper
Anyone wishing to become a support helper must request access. Helper accounts are created manually and are not self-service.

Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Reason for requesting helper access
Requests without the required information may be ignored.
Helper Usage Rules
- Helpers may only connect to users who are currently online
- Helpers may assist users who are:
- Actively requesting help
- Displaying an on-screen connection notification
- Already on the phone with the helper
- Helpers cannot install permanent agents
- Helpers cannot add or manage device groups
- Helpers Should not access other helpers’ sessions unless requested
Session Expectations
- Users must be aware of and consent to the session
- Remote access ends when the user closes the tool
- Helpers must disconnect when assistance is complete
- Unattended or unauthorized access is prohibited
All helper activity is logged. Misuse may result in access removal.
